Sri Dilip Kumar Shiradkar, learned counsel for the appellants, filed a letter dated 17.08.2016 before the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the second appeal as comprehensive suit in O.S. No.1254 of 2007 pending on the file of IX Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is withdrawn. In view of the request made by the counsel for the appellants, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, but without costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
