Heard.

The 2nd condition of furnishing of local surety, imposed by the learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, in the order, dated 24.05.2018, in Crl.M.P. No.1353 of 2018 in Crime No.170 of 2018 of Afzalgunj P.S., is altered to cash deposit/fixed deposit receipt. The other conditions in the impugned order no way require interference of/by this Court.

Accordingly, with the above modification, the Criminal Petition is allowed in part.

In consequence, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
