ORDER:- The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the Station House Officer, Vinukonda Police Station, Guntur District, was assisting the second respondent pursuant to the order of police aid granted by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Vinukonda in I.A.No.56 of 2012 in I.A.No.702 of 2011 in O.S.No.180 of 2011 in favour of the second respondent. It was the grievance of the petitioner that pursuant to the aforestated order passed by the civil court, the police authorities were interfering with his possession over an extent of Ac.1-00 cents in S.No.248/3-1 of Brahmanapalli Grampanchayat, Vinukonda Mandal, Guntur District.
2. By order dated 09.03.2012, this court directed the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject land as indicated in the proceedings in Rc.No.411/2011-A dated 20.06.2011 addressed by the Tahsildar, Vinukonda Mandal, to the Station House Officer, Vinukonda Police Station.
3. It is now stated by Sri Venkateswarlu Kesamsetty, learned counsel for the second respondent, that the suit, O.S.No.180 of 2011, was decreed by the trial court by judgment dated 29.06.2012.
4. In the light of the aforestated development, the grievance of the petitioner in connection with the police aid granted by the civil court in the context of the temporary injunction order passed in the suit no longer survives as the suit itself has concluded.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed leaving it open to the parties to seek reddressal of their grievances inter se, if any, before the competent forum in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
