CVNR,J C.C.No.2365 of 2016 02.05.2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 11.12.2015, in W.P.No.40239 of 2015. 2.

The proceeding sheet speaks for itself. The sum and substance of the entire case is that the buildings constructed by the petitioner and respondent No.4 are illegal and unauthorized. 3.

Mr.Pasam Krishna Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (G.H.M.C.) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, has submitted that the buildings of respondent No.4 as well as the petitioner have been demolished. Memo, dated 01.05.2018, along with photographs has been filed showing that the building of the petitioner has also been damaged. 4.

In the light of the above, further consideration of the Contempt Case is not necessary.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
