There was no representation for the learned counsel for the petitioner when this matter was taken up for hearing on 23.01.2023. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Orders" on 30.01.2023. Accordingly, the matter was listed under the caption "For Orders" on 30.01.2023. However, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 08.02.2023.

Today, though the matter appears under the caption 'for Dismissal', there is no representation, yet again, for the learned counsel for the petitioner when it is taken up for hearing. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
