THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.19867 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleaders for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Home, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 4 respectively and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3. The material available before this Court discloses that, on the basis of the letter, dated 01.02.2018, addressed on behalf of the petitioner, to the HMDA, the HMDA, vide letter No.466/Plg/HMDA/2017, dated 15.02.2018, requested the Commissioner, GHMC-second respondent herein to resolve the issue as per rules. The complaint of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, despite the said letter, no action has been taken by the GHMC so far.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and taking into consideration the material available before this Court, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the second respondent to take appropriate action, pursuant to the letter bearing No.466/Plg/HMDA/2017, dated 15.02.2018, addressed

by the HMDA to the second respondent, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
