CHANDRAIAH ) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a letter dated 25.8.2015 before the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue the matter with the department itself.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by giving liberty as sought. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
