Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the standing counsel for the respondents.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in revising the Open Access Energy Entitlements of the petitioner for the period from April, 2014 to November, 2014, thereby demanding additional amounts to the tune of Rs.2,66,211/-, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to set aside the additional demands made in the bills for the period from April, 2014 to November, 2014.

3. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel for respondents that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 28.04.2014 passed by this Court in WP No.12896 of 2014.

4. The issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 28.04.2014 in WP No.12896 of 2014, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
