This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the order dated 20.3.2017 in Criminal Revision Petition No.20 of 2016 on the file of the Court of XII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pithapuram.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a petition before the court below to set aside the ex parte order. Permission is granted. 3.
