Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented by Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Corporation that the subject construction is made on the road margin and the Respondent Corporation will follow due process of law if any action is warranted, after issuing notice.

The said statement is recorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Respondents not to demolish the subject property, except in accordance with law. This order will not preclude the Respondents from proceeding strictly in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
