HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.19617 of 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present petition, petitioner has challenged order 18.08.2017 passed in O.A.No.1202 of 2017 by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby the learned Tribunal, while allowing the application filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, recorded that there is no change between the preliminary key answer and final key answer for question No.135; insofar as question No.135 of paper IV of A-Series is concerned, the petitioner cannot have a valid point on correctness of answer for the said question since the petitioner did not file any objections for preliminary key answer relating to question No.

135 of paper V, which answer was maintained in the final key also. It is not in dispute that the aforesaid order was passed on 18.08.2017 and thereafter the respondents passed order dated 12.10.2017 in pursuance of the directions issued by the Tribunal vide order dated 18.08.2017. The petitioner did not challenge the aforesaid observations made by the Tribunal before the respondents passed order dated 12.10.2017. Therefore, at this stage, we are not inclined to interfere with the order dated 18.08.2017 passed by the Tribunal.
