This writ petition is of the year 2014 filed complaining non‐ compliance of the conditions enumerated under G.O.Ms.No.4 dated 19.02.2011 and G.O.Ms.No.39 dated 22.09.2012. It is not in dispute that as on date GO Ms. No.10 dated 28.05.2014 is in operation. In that view of the matter and considering the specific assertion on the part of the petitioner that as on date no appointment has been made to shop No.41 of Jegurupadu Village of Kadiam Mandal, East Godavari District, the respondents are directed to adhere to the relevant GOs specifying the communal roster and follow the same strictly as and when appointments are to be made. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
