Sri P.Pandu Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the issue raised in this writ petition no longer survives for consideration in the light of the order dated 30.11.2015 passed by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad. Sri V.Kishore, learned Standing Counsel for the State Council of Higher Education, and Sri S.Sateesh Babu, learned counsel appearing for Sri Krishnadevaraya University, affirm this aspect. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
