ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings in RCC.No.867/2008, dated 23.07.2009, of respondent No.1, whereby he has suspended the petitioner's fair price shop authorisation.
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. A perusal of the proceeding sheet shows that on 06.08.2009, this Court has granted interim suspension of the impugned proceedings. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) is unable to state as to the stage of the enquiry.
In the absence of such information, respondent No.1 is directed to complete the enquiry, pass a final order if the same has not been done, and take further action depending upon the nature of the order that may be passed, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.20735 of 2009 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
