This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the Court of XV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal in proceedings CC/SR. No.5198 of 2015 to hear the complaint filed by the petitioner/complainant in the form of affidavit without insisting for separate affidavit.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
