THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 22837 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is that though he is the absolute owner of tin shed house bearing No. 4-9-197/B/27 at Bapuji Nagar, HMT Nagar, Nacharam Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same on 30.03.2019 through a registered sale deed, the respondent authorities without any authority and without issuing any notice have demolished the same.

Learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that the respondent authorities have not demolished the petitioner's tin shed and on enquiry, they came to know that the authorities of the Irrigation Department had demolished the same. Thereupon, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for closure of the Writ Petition granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law. Hence, granting the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
