This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner assailing the order, dated 09.10.2013, of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy, passed in I.A.No.833 of 2013 in O.S.No.101 of 2013.

There is no representation for the petitioner. The note of the Registry reveals that the suit itself was disposed of on 05.11.2015. 3.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
