When the matter came up for admission on 29.01.2015, none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on its behalf. Hence the matter was posted "for orders" on 02.02.2015. Even on 02.02.2015 and on 11.02.2015 none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, to give a last chance to the petitioner, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "For Dismissal" today. Even today, when the matter is called none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on its behalf. It seems the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A. RAJASEKHAR REDDY, J.
