HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CONTEMPT CASE No.1361 of 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) This contempt case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, has been filed alleging willful violation on the part of the respondents in complying the order dated 29.06.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5159 of 2005 and to punish the respondents for such violation. Pursuant to order dated 10.08.2018, respondents are personally present in Court.

Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that, vide proceedings dated 25.07.2018 and 26.07.2018, order dated 29.06.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5159 of 2005 has been complied with. He further submits that the amounts due to the petitioner shall be paid by the Office of the Account General within six weeks. In view of proceedings dated 25.07.2018 and 26.07.2018 and the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Pleader across the bar, the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
