THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32771 of 2015 ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is not pressing for any relief as against the 4th respondent. Learned counsel has also requested this Court to permit the petitioner herein to file necessary application before the Court below for redressal of his grievance. It is further requested that necessary directions be issued to the Court below for consideration of the same, as per law.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to make necessary application before the concerned Court for redressal of his grievance and on receipt of the said application the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed, in accordance with law, by the Court concerned.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
