In this writ petition, the petitioner assail the action of the 2nd respondent in refusing to register the document presented by her in respect of the land in Sy.No.289, Plot No.26, admeasuring Ac.3-57 cents situated at Lam Village, Tadikonda Revenue mandal, Guntru District, and in insisting to get NOC from the revenue authorities as illegal and arbitrary and for issuance of appropriate consequential directions. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in WP No.31405 of 2014, dated 20-10-2014. This submission of the learned counsel is not disputed by the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue.

In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of and following the reasons stated in the order passed in WP No.31405 of 2014, dated 20-10-2014. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand disposed of. A copy of the order in WP No.31405 of 2014 be annexed with this order.
