This Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dt.lg.Ol .2022 in IA.No.l of 2O22 in W.P.No.2152 of 2022.

When the matter is taken up hearing, it is stated by the learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondents, that pursuant to the above said order, the respondents disposed of the appeal preferred by the petitioner vide Memo No.8678/Ser.II /At /2022-1, dt.27 .OT .2022, considering the case of the petitioner. A copy of the said proceed.ing is served on the learned. counsel for the petitioner in the Open Court. 3.

Learned Government pleader further submits that though there has been some delay in implementing the above said order, the same is purely on account of administrative reasons and is neither willful nor wanton.

Having regard to the fact that the respondents, though with some delay, have complied with the above order passed by this Court, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
