HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 7433 OF 2002 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been informed by the Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for regularization of his services and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 27.08.2002, directing the respondents to continue the petitioner and by virtue of the interim orders, the petitioner is being continued.

In view of the interim orders, this Court is of the considered view that, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
