This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of order dated 09.12.2016 passed by the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, in Crl.M.P.No.2683 of 2016 filed under Section 202 of Code of Criminal Procedure.

Sri. T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1/State and Sri.B.S.S.Prasad, learned counsel for respondent No.2 are present. There is no representation on behalf of petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a copy of e-courts pertaining to this case to show that this case has been disposed of by the trial Court as uncontested, on account of compromise. The same is taken on record. 4.
In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing this Criminal Petition has already been defeated, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
