HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITON No.22773 of 2019 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.5.2019 based on which a case in Crime No.250 of 2019 has been registered on 31.7.2019 against respondent Nos.5 to 7.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed before this Court a copy of the written instructions, dated 22.10.2019, and based on the said written instructions, he would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.250 of 2019 has been registered on 31.7.2019 and the Police took up investigation. In the course of investigation, L.W-1 was examined and his statement was recorded. In the meantime, accused Nos.1 to 3 obtained anticipatory bail from the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Suryapet, vide Crl.M.P.No.246 of 2019, by order dated 04.9.2019. It is further stated that the case is under investigation for examining some more witnesses and also for collecting the evidence. Upon completion of the investigation by examining all the witnesses and collecting the material evidence, the case will be finalised and charge sheet, if an offence is made out, will be filed into the Court concerned.

Recording the above, this Writ Petition is closed. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
