Roster Point is as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and subversive of Articles 14, 16 of the Constitution and consequently hold that the applicant is entitled for promotion to the post of Assistant Director of Sericulture under Rule of Reservation in S.C. Roster Point No.7 with all consequential benefits.
