Sri Singam Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, addressed a letter dated 07.12.2015 to the Registry stating that the sole appellant died and the son of the appellant informed him that the matter was settled out of the court and instructed him to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this appeal, shall stand closed.
