THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.2688 of 2004 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus (a) declaring the action of the respondent in not considering the case of the petitioner for participation in interviews for the post of JLM on contract basis in the interviews scheduled from 9th to 13th February, 2004 or any other subsequent dates under the respondent on par with others as bad, illegal, arbitrary and; (b) consequently direct the respondents to issue call letter and to permit the petitioner to participate in the interviews commencing from 9th to 13th February 2004 to the post of JLM (Contract basis) or any other subsequent dates under the respondent organization; and pass such other orders.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
