Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner was granted Ryotwari Patta for the land admeasuring Ac.8.00 cents in survey No.316 of Indukuru Village, Devipatnam Mandal, East Godavari District under Regulation 2 of 1970 on 27.04.1977 by the then Settlement Officer, Rajahmundry and that the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the said land without following due process of law. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, states that the respondents are not interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject land.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject land without following due process of law. No costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
