On 22.08.2016 when the matter is taken up for hearing, the appellant, who is appearing party-in-person, did not appear. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today 'for dismissal'. Today also, despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal' the appellant did not represent the matter.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
