HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6578 of 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1266 of 2019, dated 02.07.2019 by the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

By order, dated 02.07.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1266 of 2019, the learned VIII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, has given the interim custody of the bike bearing No.TS11EL9158 Pulsar to the petitioner on his executing a personal bond for Rs.30,000/- with one surety and also imposed other conditions. Hence, this petition seeking to relax the conditions.

Taking into nature of offence and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to relax the conditions.
