Having regard to the order dated 20.06.2018 in DCS Progs. No.N/53/2018 of the Director of Civil Supplies, A.P., Vijayawada, granting stay of the bifurcation orders issued by the 2nd respondent on 19.02.2018, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication. 3.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed as consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
