THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.15921 of 2009 ORDER:
Heard Mr. K.Venu Madhav, learned counsel for the petitioner. No representation for the respondents. The petitioner prays for the following relief: "Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the notification No.SA1/255 (51)/2008PO-III, dated 13.05.2008 issued by the respondent No.2 as arbitrary, illegal, null and void and against the principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the constitution of India."
This Court in W.P.M.P.No.20878 of 2009 granted interim direction restraining the respondents from deducting PF and EDLIF contributions, administrative and inspection charges from the hire charges payable to the petitioner's bus bearing No.AP-15-Y-8619. The counsel for the petitioner submits with the interim direction the substantive grievance in the writ petition is satisfied and no further order is necessary in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
