HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No.948 OF 2016 ORDER:

This application is filed seeking to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint a Valuer for assessing the property i.e., Flat at First Floor, Plot No.80 (out of S.No.718/2A), CTS.No.1248, Purandare Colony, Subash Nagar, Shukrawarpeth, Pune-411002. The Official Liquidator may appoint M/s. A.V. Shewade & Associates, who had indicated the fee structure of Rs.10,750/- for valuation of the property upto Rs.1.00 Crore, and Rs.5,000/- for next Rs.1.00 Crore.

It is also made clear that the said Valuer may also be paid Conveyance and other assistance expenses, not exceeding Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only). The Official Liquidator shall also depute their staff to enable the Valuer to conduct valuation of the property and submit report.

The Official Liquidator shall ensure that the entire exercise shall be completed on or before 15.09.2016 and file a report before this Court.
