.....Respondents The Court made the following:

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner claims that land to an extent of Ac.4.40 cents in Sy.No.145/A of Yanki village, Narwa Mandal, Narayanapet Revenue Division, Mahbubnagar district, standing in the name of his father. After demise of his father, petitioner succeeded to the same. While so, on 16.11.2018 petitioner claimed to have submitted representation to the Mandal Revenue Officer (4th respondent) requesting to rectify the mistake on online records, and to issue pattadar pass book on his name. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed. 2.

From the reading of the brief representation submitted by the petitioner, it is apparent that property still stands in the name of father of petitioner. Thus, unless petitioner applies for mutation of his name in the revenue records and name is mutated, the question of issuance of pattadar pass book does not arise. Therefore, relief prayed in the Writ Petition cannot be granted and Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it is open to petitioner to make an application in the prescribed form through online web portal requesting for mutation of his name in the revenue records. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
