SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3891 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioners/A-1 and A-2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.107 of 2012, pending on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class Mydukur, Kadapa District (for short, 'the trial Court'), registered for the offence punishable under Section 7(1) of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent - State. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits copy of the judgment, dated 12.11.2015, passed in C.C. No.107 of 2012, by virtue of which, the trial Court acquitted the Petitioners/A-1 and A-2. 4.
Hence, considering the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
