Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the official respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the unofficial respondents. 3.

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed with the following prayer:

"....

DDis G/3925/2010, DDis G/3939/2010, DDis G/3926/2011 dt 20-4-2011 and the orders of 4th respondent in procg RDis No: A/30/2009 dt 22-10-2010."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order, dated 24.06.2017, was communicated to the petitioner on 31.07.2017, and before they could take steps for filing a revision before the Government, the respondent authorities are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that so far no revision has been filed and after filing of the revision, the petitioner can obtain appropriate orders from the concerned authorities.

Having regard to the above and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to file a revision before the Government and obtain appropriate interim orders therein in accordance with law. Having regard to the threat, status quo as on today to be maintained for a period of six (06) weeks from today, enabling the petitioner shall obtain appropriate orders, if any, from the Revisional Authority.
