VRS, J & MGR, J WP No.32939 of 2017 HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.32939 OF 2017 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner came up with the above writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to implement the orders of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal.

2. Today, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order of the Tribunal has been implemented under the proceedings dated 10.11.2017 of the Commissioner of Intermediate Education. The learned Government Pleader also produced a copy of the said proceedings. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
