Heard.

The petitioner seeks consideration of his representation, dated 24-08-2015 submitted to the 2nd respondent, alleging illegal registration has taken place vide document Nos.5093/14 and 5094/14. Alleging that no action is taken on the said representation, the present writ petition is filed. I am unable to see any legal right of the petitioner nor any corresponding statutory duty of the respondents with regard to the said representation. Once a document is registered, the registering authority cannot take note of representation of this nature to nullify the registration. Moreover, seeking cancellation of very same document Nos.5093/14 and 5094/14, the petitioner has already filed a suit in O.S.No.512 of 2014 before the District Judge, Vijayawada and when the Civil Court is seized of the matter, the direction as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
