Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners and Mr. Khaja Yizarath Ali, learned Assistant public prosecutor appearing for respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that the subject matter of the Revision doesn,t survive and no further orders are required in this Criminal Revision case. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the criminal Revision case as infmctuous.
