HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WIRT PETITION No.16082 OF 2009 ORDER:

The 2nd respondent herein filed I.A.No.32 of 2009 in C.T.A.No.6 of 2009 before the A.P. Cooperative Tribunal at Warangal (in short "the Tribunal") seeking his admission as Member of the Kamadhenuvu Super Bazar, Karimnagar pending appeal before the Tribunal. Aggrieved by the interim order dated 16.06.2009 passed by the Tribunal the present writ petition is filed. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits on instructions that the 2nd respondent is no more and in that view of the matter the case itself does not survive as the very C.T.A. becomes abated before the Tribunal.

Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
