Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent Corporation.

The sum and substance of the case of the petitioner herein in the present writ petition is that despite number of representations submitted to the Respondent Corporation, requesting to mutate the name of the petitioner herein, no action has been taken.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner on 21.9.2015, petitioner submitted representation/application to the 3rd respondent in that regard, but no action has been taken so far. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation/application filed by the petitioner. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent Corporation that if any such application/representation is pending consideration before the 3rd respondent, the same would be verified and appropriate orders will be passed. 4.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to verify and pass appropriate orders on the representation/application dated 21.9.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
