The prayer in the WP.MP.No.37432 of 2015 for amending prayer in the writ petition is contradictory. As such, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the WPMP and writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the WPMP and writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
