HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 22369 of 2009 ORDER:

1) By an order dated 20.10.2009, while issuing Rule-Nisi, this Court passed the following order:

" Pending further orders, it is directed that in case the Government Hospital at Jangareddigudem is to be named after any individual, it shall be only after considering the representation of the petitioner to name it after Mogallapu Narasayya, in whose name the land was donated." 2) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.527 ordering for naming of the Area Hospital, Jangareddygudem in the name of " Mogallapu Narasayya Memorial Area Hospital" . 3) Having regard to the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
