ORDER:
In view of the short relief sought for by Sri G.Elisha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, to direct the second respondent - Commissioner and Director of College Education to dispose of the representation dated 12-08-2013 submitted by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage after hearing both the learned counsel.

The petitioner states that he has been appointed as a Lecturer in the unaided vacancy in Andhra Christian College, Guntur by a duly constituted Selection Committee and he has put in more than 8 years service. According to him, there is an aided vacancy and he is entitled to be absorbed into the same. He submitted representation dated 1208-2013 with a request to the second respondent to absorb him into the aided post. As no action has been taken on the same, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. The petitioner submits that a direction be issued for the early disposal of the representation within a time frame.
3. Learned Government Pleader for High Education has no objection to grant such a limited direction.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent - Commissioner and Director of College Education to consider the representation dated 12-08-2013 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within
a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs.
5. In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.48325 of 2013 stands closed.
