Both Sri S.Syam Sunder Rao, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, Learned Counsel for the respondent, would agree that the order, violation of which is alleged in this Contempt Case, has since been complied with. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
