Mr.Vamshi, Advocate, representing Sri P.V.A.Padmanabham, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the contempt case.

According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the orders of this Court have already been complied with.

Since the petitioner is not intending to prosecute the contempt case further, without going into the issue of deliberate and wilful disobedience to the orders of this Court, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
