This writ petition is of 2008. When the matter was listed on 15.12.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted on 17.12.2018 under the caption "For Dismissal". Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, State of Andhra Pradesh, fairly submits that with respect to widening of C.T. Road with a width of 80 feet KM 0/0 to 1⁄2 KM i.e., from I-Town Police Station to K.C. Canal of Kadapa Town, W.P.No.14006 of 2010 was filed and this Court, after taking into consideration the submissions made therein, more particularly the factual data, disposed of the same by order dated 26.11.

2018 with the following direction: "In view of the above settled legal position, particularly taking into consideration the no objection expressed by the 2nd petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Land Acquisition Officer to make an Award in terms of Section 24 of 2013 Act and determine the compensation accordingly by extending the benefits under the said Act. No costs."

In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 26.11.2018 passed in W.P.No.14006 of 2010. No costs.
