THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 20651 of 2010 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not considering the candidature of the petitioners for appointment as Contract Junior Lineman in the Respondents Organization in the existing vacancies as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioners cases for appointment to the post of Junior Lineman on contract basis, as per the directions of this Court passed in W.A.No.1434 of 2008 & batch dated 10.11.2009 in the existing vacancies or in future vacancies on par with other contract labour with all other attendant benefits including regularization. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration learned counsel for the petitioners submit that on the subject issue, now the matters are pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 3.

Since the issue is now pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, petitioners do not intend to prosecute the writ petition, and seeks leave of the Court to grant them liberty to agitate their grievance if any, after the decision is made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Recording the said submission and granting the liberty as prayed for, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
