On the motion made, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the civil revision petition has become infructuous and no cause survives for adjudication.

Recording the submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
